Waterfront Kitchen offers many ways to live our mission of service to the community as well as to our guests. We’ve developed a joyous bond with the Foundation’s BUGS (Baltimore Urban Gardening with Students) program, which teaches inner-city grade school kids about gardening, good nutrition, applied academics and more. A percentage of our profits support the program and, working with our chefs and partners, BUGS kids grow produce for the restaurant in gardens and a greenhouse just down the street.
