The Q Company is run by husband and wife team Mitchell and Sara Matzek who were recently featured on the Food Network show - the 24-hour Restaurant Battle, the episode aired on August 25th, 2010 and a participating chef with the premiere BBQ event in the country "The Q" at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival in Miami Beach in February, 2012! "We are passionate about BBQ, we use a fresh, never frozen products and provid a very high quality, consistent product to all our customers and we look for a good friend in every customer!"
