Banh bao (large steamed dumplings filled with minced pork, mushroom, onion, Chinese sausage, and hard-boiled egg) – Saigon Bakery is my go-to place for ‘em. I’m pretty picky about my banh bao, and don’t like the crumbly overly doughy, overly sweet ones. They were freshly made, and still slightly warm. -Jaye V.
