Port City welcomes you to come visit our Tasting Room, tour the brewery and taste our beer fresh from our taps. We are open SEVEN days a week, including now at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and from 3-10 p.m. on Fridays. The brewery is located at 3950 Wheeler Avenue in Alexandria, VA.
Public tours take place at 6:30 pm on Thursday and Friday; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 p.m. on Saturday; and 2 & 3 p.m. on Sunday — reservations are not required, but they are suggested, as tours often sell out. You can conveniently book your tour with us online.The cost is $10.00 per person and includes a full tasting of our beers on tap.

Our name is derived from Alexandria's rich and colorful history as an important colonial seaport, which later became a major brewing center, and home to the largest brewery in the southern U.S. Port City Brewing Company will revive, celebrate, and continue this rich brewing tradition right outside our Nation's Capital.
