A dark, mysterious, inviting liquid covered by a rich creamy collar. Produced to an exacting recipe using only the finest ingredients - stout malt, hops, yeast & water. Characterised by a creamy smooth nose with subtle fermentation fruitiness (banana/pear) and a background roast character (roast barley). The taste is smooth, creamy, balanced and leads to a dry finish (hop bitterness & acidity), a perfect balance of bitter and sweet.
