Hainanese-style steamed ginger chicken

I've been searching long and hard for a restaurant of this caliber. Definitely not your run of the mill Chinese restaurant. No frills, no fancy lighting, no music, just really really really good cuisine. When I asked for the Cantonese shrimp to be extra spicy the server gave me "the look", and I knew it would be hot at blazes. To my delight, it was at a 9 on a scale of 1 - 10 in heat. And it was phenomenal. I highly recommend this restaurant to all.
