Though the chicken was the first to be devoured. Their beef was definitely closer to well-done, the butterflied jumbo shrimp could've used seasoning, and the brown sugar barbeque sauce slathered on the pork ribs did and okay job of hiding the fact that the meat had been cooked dry. I'm a fan of meatfests in my mouf though, so I'd probably still split the Loco with someone in the future, or hope that there's a better entree hiding on the menu.
