Pappardelle are large, very broad fettuccine. The name derives from the verb “pappare", to gobble up. The fresh types are two to three centimetres (¾-1 inch) wide and may have fluted edges.

The Homemade noodles were excellent, delicate. Braised lamb was succulent while the accompanying tomatoes, peas & onions balanced the dish
