Cupcakes Lounge was founded by two best friends of eighteen years and counting, Jennifer Brown and Bophany Drakeford. What started years ago as fun talk and bright ideas is now today a dream come true. Jennifer Brown a graduate in Pastry Arts from our own L' Academie de Cuisine located in Gaithersburg, MD and mother of one, along with Bophany Drakeford an twelve year plus government worker and mother of three had a plan of their own! They always had big dreams and hungry hearts for something bigger.
